I never understood why people eat raw cookie dough. I would much rather have the cookies baked.
Dammit, we screwed up flour? Now I have to cook my cookies and wait 15 minutes more to eat them. I'm partly sarcastic yet a bit pissed here.
+Scott Randel I dunno why I like it so much. Maybe it's the gooey factor? But cookie dough is very tasty before it goes into the oven. Especially if you use real liquid vanilla or vanilla beans. That vanilla flavor really comes through before the oven hits it.
I am an equal-opportunity and open-minded cookie dough eater, and enjoy it both pre- and post-baked.
