Ah, but if you had that as an available background noise, you could easily escape from any undesirable phone conversation!

Very handy if you’re too polite (or timid) to hang up on telemarketers.
As it is now, you have to push your daughter down the stairs to create such a diversion. That’s not good.
Whoops! I just said the same thing as you. Sorry. I didn’t read the last bit of your post carefully enough. For some reason, I thought you wanted to eliminate those sounds, which I now realize would imply you were ignoring said saounds.
