While everyone’s cheering for Spidey, looking forward to the next X-Men, and even willing to call it a draw on Daredevil and Hulk, flicks like Punisher show that Marvel’s movies aren’t all successful.

And it looks seriously like Man-Thing is going to join that latter, unillustrious company.

Well, an early screening was recently held, and the word was not good. Said one attendee, “This was the kind of Man-Thing you want to sic Lorena Bobbit at.”

Not that MT is Marvel’s most faboo property to begin with, mind you, aside from its ability to generate jokes like that. Especially when Giant-Sized.
