
Fathers Day at KOA.
UPDATE: The last few years at KOA we’ve ended up there on Fathers Day. Which is kind of nice (except for those fathers who can’t make it). This year, the plan was to do the classic Guy’s Breakfast on Sunday: Steak and Eggs. But not just breakfast steak. When Jim and Ginger determined that the normal breakfast “minute steak” is a pretty tough cut, they just went out and got a really nice chunk of beef and carved it up into small steaks themselves. Yum!
