You do have mail in there (looking at the account from cpanel). Are you getting some sort of login error? Have you double-checked the password you are using?

Poking a bit further, Mary, there was a 10Mb bounce file in your in-box which exceeded your disk quota. I’ve both deleted it and upped the quota. That may have been blocking you from getting any service.
