Green Belt, that is.

Between (a) having been out of pocket (and out of class) for a couple of weeks at the top of the month, and (b) being out of town on business next week, and (c) off on vacation for the following two, the fact that next week is testing week in our karate class means that …

… well, I’m not sure I’m ready, and there’s not an easy way to reschedule.

So I’ll stick with the green belt until testing in September.

As for Katherine, I told her that she didn’t need to skip the test just because I was. I’m not sure she’s ready, either, but I leave that to her and Sensei to make the call.
