- A Reminder – The Founders were most concerned, perhaps, with different denominations of Christianity (which often treated each other as heretics and members of a different religion), but there was certainly recognition at the same time of non-Christian faiths. Indeed, the Founders debated a lot whether this sort of language could even allow (gasp) Catholics, or Deists, or even Atheists to hold office, and arguments against such things were part of the Anti-Federalist movement that argued against adopting the Constitution.

RE #2: Yes, one of the reasons they added Bertie Wooster playing Piano to Wooster & Jeeves is because Hugh Laurie could play it….along with every other instrument that Bertie played through out the book series.
To me, those were some fun scenes with some amusing period period songs.
