Another week, another comic book review podcast. This outing we get some good and some bad, as usual, plus some Questionable Content.
In post-podcast reading, I discover that JLA: Age of Wonder was originally published as a two-part comic in 2003. Which explains why it’s showing up in a DC age that’s anything but.
Birds of Prey became my favorite title when Gail Simone was writing it (see my letter in the September 2011 issue) due to the depth of characterization. I’m not surprised that you are enjoying her Batgirl stories.
Batman has to have been around more than five years unless Dick was about 18 or 20 when he became Robin.
I think you should say “Excelsior” in the style of Stan Lee.
