Next time you hear someone knocking food stamps

I.e., that it's an ever-growing bureaucracy feeding a bunch of lazy bums who can't be bothered to look for a job and it will bankrupt us all because of those shiftless inner city types and fraudsters cheating the honest taxpayers, and wouldn't it be better if we just gave block grants to the states and let them make up their own program?
