Mistakes happen. I get it. But watching those folks plow along, too close, at too high a speed, on this kind of surface, made me more angry than anything else, because it simply wasn't necessary for this accident happen. And a lot of other people ended up getting involved as a result.

I'm old enough to remember when Obama indirectly naming some "czars" to coordinate activities led to a near-Constitutional crisis with the #GOP about overreach.
