Apparently someone clued the person who put this online as it's now labeled as "Lord's Prayer Tengwar Script" (http://goo.gl/IhYbkl). The comments are still darned funny, including "More than a choking hazard" and "I can hide from my kids when I put it on!!!!".
(As devotional jewelry, this is actually a fairly cool item, though I wonder if it requires you to memorize the Lord's prayer in Quenya.)
