Got the notification for Android 5.0 (Lollypop) on my Nexus 10 tablet last night. Downloaded and installed with no problems (except for the known ComiXology bug http://goo.gl/uUEGrh)..
Like the sleep screen notification information, like the flashlight, and it's all clean and cool and refreshed, though not particularly revolutionary. I'm mildly unimpressed by the softkeys at the bottom of the screen morphing from an arrow / house / windows graphic to a triangle / circle / square graphic; that's maybe a bit too immaterial a design.
Some moderately cool (depending on if you find them that way) features detailed at (with some overlap):

Now I just have to wait for it to roll out to my Moto X (Verizon), which everyone is promising will be Real Soon Now.
