So this chucklehead thinks the Oregon shooting was a "unique event"?

There have been over 10,000 deaths in the US this year from shootings (http://www.gunviolencearchive.org). If 10,000 children had drowned in pools, would he advocate that we do nothing because "stuff happens"?
