The Trump transition team — not even in power yet, and without even a Secretary of Energy nominee — is already sending inquiries to the Dept of Energy, looking for lists of names from the agency and at various energy labs around the country who have been involved in anything having to do with climate change research, agreements, carbon cost as a tool for regulations, and all sorts of other things that will now become verboten under the fossil fuel-friendly Trump Administration.
This is going to get ugly. And, also (literally) heated.

The Trump transition team has issued a list of 74 questions for the Energy Department, asking officials there to identify which employees and contractors have worked on forging an international climate pact as well as domestic efforts to cut the nation’s carbon output.
