Donald, looks like you had some free time this morning to wax eloquent on a couple of topics:
► Doing my best to disregard the many inflammatory President O statements and roadblocks.Thought it was going to be a smooth transition – NOT! ¹
Well, y'know, Donald, when you campaign on a platform of dismantling everything the incumbent President has done … and when that incument President has a favorability / approval rating that significantly surpasses yours, even after a post-election-win bump,² it's not surprising if things get a little snippy.
Especially, y'know, when you decide that you're already the President and can weigh in on the governing of the country and its foreign policy.
Just saying.
And speaking of which …
► We cannot continue to let Israel be treated with such total disdain and disrespect. They used to have a great friend in the U.S., but not anymore. The beginning of the end was the horrible Iran deal, and now this (U.N.)! Stay strong Israel, January 20th is fast approaching! ³
Total disdain! Disrespect!
Donald, you have to understand, there's a difference between "criticism" and "disrespect." While the Obama Administration has been notably (and refreshingly) more willing to criticize Israel (or, more specifically, Benjamin Netanyahu) for policies that endanger peace inside and outside of its borders (and put in jeopardy any credibility that the US has as a fair broker in the disputes), it has hardly treated Israel as anything less than a strategic regional ally. The continuing arms deals and military aid to Israel (and reserving the top-flight, most sophisticated weaponry to that state) are a demonstration of that.⁴
I really am curious, though, about the basis for your vocal, knee-jerk approval for everything Israel does.
– Your relationship with Netanyahu?
– Your deep, abiding love for the Jewish people?
– Your deep, abiding mistrust for Arabs and/or Muslims?
– Your continued criticism of Obama?
– Your sensitivity to any criticism that you think splashes on you?
– Your messianic complex?⁵
Or is it largely rhetoric to appeal to rabid pro-Israel faction in the GOP?⁶
I guess we'll find out soon.

Where does Donald Trump stand on Israel?
Headed into the general election against Hillary Clinton, Trump’s positions on Israel are still somewhat unclear. Here’s what the Republican nominee has said about Israel so far.
