This actually does a very nice job of showing the proportions of growth of some line items in the Trump budget, as well as cuts, and discusses some of the latter in particular. And, yes, it's educational.
Again, Trump's budget is basically a set of suggestions about what he wants and about what he won't fight against. Congress actually makes this happen, one way or the other. But we can assume that, short of a lot of public heat directed back at them, that the significant cuts to social welfare, climate change, and foreign aid budgets, which the Right has been wanting for decades, will be followed through on by the GOP-led Congress.
