- And the waves STILL keep crashing against the shore, like some kind of lo-tech white noise machine. Don't they ever turn it off? #
- Kids off to ride horses with Janine. We're on to ride comfy chairs at the condo. #
- Discovering we picked up too much food, wine, etc. at Costco the first day. Must eat and drink more! Eek! #
- Shopped in Old Town Koloa – got requisite Aloha Shirts; + sarong & tee for K. Thought I lost hcap placard, but sharp-eyed Eric found it. #
- RT @BabyNameWizard Point to ponder on virtue names: woman at the crowded science museum this morning, wailing "I've lost Hope!" #
- Slurping many coffee samples at Kauai Coffee. Awake now! #
- One disappointing waterfall later, we are killing time, awaiting opeing of Smith's Tropical Gardens, wherein we shall luau. #
