Dad's funeral was today. I'll be posting my eulogy, etc., in the coming days, but afterward we had about a hundred folk at the reception (I was kind of hoping that one of those AutoAwesome stitch photos would happen, but no luck).
It was a nice send-off for Dad, who seems to have touched a lot of lives, mostly at church, but with friends and family in attendance from beyond that.

I'm sorry for your loss, Dave – my condolences.
I’m sure he will be greatly missed by his family and friends, and by all those who knew him. You must have many happy memories of your father. I’m glad everyone could get together and share those memories.
