Since I’ve been looking at Stamina for … well, for practically every character I have … something I missed in my reading:
Stamina requires two other powers from the Fitness pool (Swift, Hurdle, Health) as a prerequisite, and cannot be taken until level 20.
Knew about the level req, but not about the other pre-reqs. That’s annoying.
Well, Swift and health would both be useful.
L16 swift
L18 health
L20 Stamina

Health is the last one I would take in the set, unless I was an archetype that has a lot of difficulty with HP. Since I don’t play Blasters, it’s never really been an issue. 😉
Swift is great, if I’m leaning toward getting Stamina. As “necessary” as it is, I think a smart player can get around their Endurance issues with clever planning with powers and enhancements. It’s not as necessary as some people think.
Of course, the decision on whether or not to take it also depends a lot on who you usually group with. Empathy and Kinetics can go a long way to free up three to four power slots for something more interesting.
How good is the end buff of stamina. Will it make it soo you never run out of end??
I don’t have the numbers offhand, but fully slotted with SOs is probably would do a pretty good job, depending on how fast you’re burning through the End to begin with.
