And now the COH Boards are crashing – Not a good sign!!!
Keep at it. I just ran the mission and got the Scrooged badge, access to the cap, and a free costume change.
There was a second Op: Scrooge contact, but he wouldn’t give me the mission, so I guess we get to do it only once per character (for a reward, anyway).
I think the contacts are level range based actually. And not sure if you can do it more then once. I know my 21 villain on Virtue had a contact in Cap Au Diable where the level 15 or so person I teamed with had a contact in Mercy. Missions were apparently the same though.
Well, my level 21 Stalker got the mission from the Op in Mercy. It was the one in Cap that subsequently had no mission for him.
