Of course, that&#8217;s a bit deceptive, since, as a Regen A big part of that is, with Regen, he&#8217;s got Quick Recovery.  Another part is that he doesn&#8217;t have an toggles running (so far) &#8212; that changes next level).<br \/>\nBut he&#8217;s a pretty decent scrapper, and Mrs. A&#8217;s support Mind Control is damned nice, too.  They are, in many ways, the flip side of PC\/A.
