  1. The level of the team leader (star)\n
  2. The rep of the team leader\n
  3. The average level of the team\n
  4. The average rep of the team\n
  5. The highest level on the team\n
  6. The highest rep on the team\n
  7. The TF\/SF itself (i.e., it’s fixed)\n
  8. It varies between TF\/SFs<\/ol>\n

    Every time a TF\/SF comes up blinding purple or blah blue, everyone asks the question, and everyone seems to have a different opinion. Does someone have the definitive answer?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
