This is like the sour cream/brown sugar topping for Strawberries Romanoff. Yum!
Ingredients:
- 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tab milk
Directions:
- Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on the lowest speed until smooth.
- Gradually add the sour cream, beating continually.
- Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves: 1 1/2 cups
