Not your abuela’s nachos!
Nachos Ingredients:
- 1 bag waffle cut fries
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 3-4 green onion, sliced.
- Granite City Dip
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Spray large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer the fries onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fries begin to turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven.
- Place on oven proof platter or tray.
- Top with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Place in 400° oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve on a tray with bowl of sauce.
Granite City Dip Ingredients:
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 Tab mayonnaise
- 2 Tab dried parsley
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl,.
- Stir until incorporated.
- Pour sauce into serving bowl and place on nachos tray
Serves: 10-12
