Mustard on salmon??? Yea, it works. Nice change from dill-sour cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tab dry mustard
- 2 Tab Dijon mustard
- 2 Tab sugar
- 1 1/2 Tab fresh dill (or 1 Tab dried dill)
- 1/s c olive oil
Directions:
- Mix well.
- Better if aged over night in fridge.
Serves: 1 cup
