- 1 ½ c light brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- ½ c butter
- 2 eggs

- 1 c candied cherries, red (½ lb)
- 1 c candied cherries, green (½ lb)
- 1 c candied pineapple (½ lb)
- 1/3 c bourbon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275°.
- Grease and flour a 9×13 baking pan.
- Cut cherries and pineapple in half.
- Soak in bourbon overnight.
- Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Add flour.
- Add eggs.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Stir in nuts and bourbon soaked fruit.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Cool before cutting into bars. Cut 6 x 10 to make 60 pieces.
