A Family Favorite from the residents at Vi Highlands Ranch.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp crushed sage
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c sherry or brandy
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place pork tenderloin in a shallow casserole.
- Rub it with garlic, sage and pepper.
- Mix cherry pie filling with brandy
- Spread over the tenderloin.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. (145°)
- Slice and serve with cherry sauce from casserole.
