Caramelized Onion Dip
Ingredients:
2 c onions diced (3/4# – 3-4 medium onions)
2 Tab oil
½ c sour cream
½ c mayonnaise
Directions:
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 20 minutes or until onions are deep golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Remove onion mixture from heat.
- Cool.
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise
Beer Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature (1 pkg)
½ pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
¼ c beer, more if needed
cayenne pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, mash the cream cheese with the dressing mix.
- Stir in cheese.
- Mix in beer, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
- Season with cayenne pepper.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
Buffalo-style Sour Cream
Ingredients:
Frank’s Red Hot sauce
1 c sour cream
Directions:
