“Hot canapes infer kitchen bondage, but this need not be true with today’s may conveniences. This mixture can be prepared in advance and spread before your company arrives. It’s a triumphant combination, yet very simple. The aroma alone is a teaser!”
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c Parmesan and Romano cheese
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c chopped red onion
- 1 loaf party rye bread
Directions:
- Mix the cheeses, mayonnaise and onions.
- Spread on rye rounds.
- Broil until bubbly.
- Keep warm on a hot tray.
Serves: 4 – 6 guest
