Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tomatoes, chopped very small
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh basil
Directions:
- Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate or pretty shallow bowl.
- Mix tomatoes and dressing and spoon over cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Served with Wheat Thins.
Serves: About 2 cups of dip.
