{"id":1171,"date":"2014-12-02T11:55:11","date_gmt":"2014-12-02T18:55:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/?p=1171"},"modified":"2016-01-25T15:29:41","modified_gmt":"2016-01-25T22:29:41","slug":"oven-barbecued-baby-back-ribs-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/oven-barbecued-baby-back-ribs-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Oven-Barbecued Baby Back Ribs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\"><em>\u00a0These really work when you cannot bbq &#8211; or don&#8217;t want to mess with the whole outdoor thing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b> <\/b>4 c ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 c brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc c minced onion<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd Tab minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd Tab dry mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 Tab cayenne<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>8 lb baby back ribs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>Directions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> <\/b>Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Line baking pan with foil enough to wrap and seal ribs.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl combine all ingredients except ribs to make BBQ sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Cut racks into individual ribs.
