{"id":1693,"date":"2015-02-24T05:35:26","date_gmt":"2015-02-24T12:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/?p=1693"},"modified":"2019-05-25T16:42:47","modified_gmt":"2019-05-25T22:42:47","slug":"holiday-crescents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/holiday-crescents.html","title":{"rendered":"Holiday Crescents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"CENTER\"><em>I never thought of stuffing crescent rolls &#8211; but they are really good.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 c sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 c crumbled goat cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 c toasted pine nuts<\/li>\n<li>2 cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (8 oz each)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>Directions: <\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In medium bowl, stir together sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese and pine nuts.<\/li>\n<li>Separate dough into 16 triangles.<\/li>\n<li>Spread 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato mixture down the length of each triangle.<\/li>\n<li>Roll up each, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point.
