Bake 10 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Meanwhile, combine ricotta, lemon zest, parsley, Asiago, and capers in a bowl. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Season with salt and pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Spread \u00bd ricotta mixture over each crust. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Sprinkle with more Asiago.
