Stir 1\/2 pound unsalted butter, heavy cream, and brown sugar together in a heavy saucepan.<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">2. Bring to a boil.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">3. Reduce heat to\u00a0low.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">4. Stir pecans into the cream mixture, and simmer until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span>5.
