NOT Converted Rice)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient\">2 tbsp. butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp. salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient\">2 1\/4 c. water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instructions\">Measure carefully.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instructions\">Preheat oven 350\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instructions\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Combine all ingredients in a 6 cup buttered dish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"instructions\">Cover and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"instructions\"><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a04 to 6 servings.<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\"><strong>Source: \u00a0<\/strong>Cooks.com<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\"><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong> 1 cup rice raw = 3 cups cooked<br \/>\n1 lb rice raw = 7.5 cups cooked<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Rice for 50<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 c oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 gal rice (7.5 c = 1 lb)<\/li>\n<li>1 gal warm water<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c onion soup mix (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven 350\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in 404 pan (large roasting pan) in the oven.<\/li>\n<li>Add rice and stir to coat and heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add water.
