(maybe\u00a0Lima\u00a0beans)<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Shredded Cheese &#8211; about 1 gallon per pan (enough to cover one inch in depth in each pan)\u00a0Any kind works!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Filling about 1 gallon per pan. \u00a0Could be any combnatio of bacon, chopped ham, diced green chilies (Quesidilla Quiche), diced onion, broccoli or spinach (well-drained), diced tomato or taco flavored meat (Taco Pie). \u00a0Use the \u00a0&#8220;fried chicken&#8221; diced, ham, and swiss cheese for a &#8220;Chicken Cordon Bleu&#8221; Quiche.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1 pan \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02 pans \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3 pans \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 4 pans<\/div>\n<div>eggs \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a020 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 40 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 60 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 80<\/div>\n<div>gal milk \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03\/4 gal \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01 1\/2 gal \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02 1\/4 gal \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03 3\/4 cal<\/div>\n<div>Bisquick \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06 cups \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3\/4 gal \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1 1\/2 gal \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1 gal<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1. Heat oven to 400 \u00b0.<br \/>\n2. Grease\u00a018x26x2 pan. \u00a0(full sheet) \u00a0If using steam table pans divide into 2 pans.<br \/>\n3. Sprinkle cheese, then fillings, onions, etc. in\u00a0pan, \u00a0making sure to get it all the way to the edges and corners.<br \/>\n4. Beat eggs, milk, Bisqick\u00a0until smooth and pour into pan. \u00a0This can be done the night before and stored in the walk-in. \u00a0Remove in the morning and bring to room temperature.<br \/>\n5. Bake 40 minutes or until brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. \u00a0(probably longer at altitude)<br \/>\n6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a060 if cut 6&#215;10 or 72 if cut 6&#215;12<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:<\/strong> Bisquick<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes: \u00a0<\/strong>I sometimes add a dash of mustard to the eggs for a little zip.<br \/>\nThe classic Quiche Loraine is just cheese and saluted onions \u2013 not to be snubbed!
