This is a nice spread for crackers or party-size breads. I like the chunks of salmon and tangy onions and capers.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredient:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup Sour Cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 small Onion &#8212; finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Capers &#8212; drained<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons Dill Weed, Fresh &#8212; chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon Dill Weed, Dried<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Smoked Salmon<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blend Mayonnaise and Sour Cream until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in Onion and spices.<\/li>\n<li>Shred Salmon into the bowl and fold in lightly.<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and chill.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with dill sprig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b> I used a local hickory-smoked salmon. Lox-style smoked salmon would need to be chopped.
