Melt the butter in a large pan.<br \/>\n2. Add the onions and fry for 5\u00a0 minuets or until evenly browned.<br \/>\n3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Stir in cream and cook for 1 minute.<br \/>\n5. Gradually stir in stock.<br \/>\n6. Season with salt to taste.<br \/>\n7. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n8.
