It can be topped with just about anything &#8211; tomato, vegetables, cured meat, cheese or pesto.\u00a0\u00a0Pronounced \u201c<wbr \/>brusketta\u201d, this classic Italian appetizer is a perfect way to capture the flavors of garden ripened tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil.
