So many options!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 slices day-old bread, cut into 1-inch cubes<\/li>\n<li>2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes<\/li>\n<li>2 cup fresh blueberries <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">divided use<\/span><\/li>\n<li>12 eggs, beaten<\/li>\n<li>2 cups milk<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 cup white sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lightly grease a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange half the bread cubes in the dish.<\/li>\n<li>Top with cream cheese cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> 1 cup blueberries<\/span> over the cream cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Top with remaining bread cubes.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk and vanilla extract.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over the bread cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Cover, and refrigerate overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the bread cube mixture from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before baking.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350\u00a0\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Cover, and bake 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Uncover, and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes, until center is firm and surface is lightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and water.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in the remaining <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1 cup blueberries. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, until the blueberries burst.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the butter, and pour over the baked French toast<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Serves:\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>4-6<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Allrecipes.com, Recipe By:KARAN1946<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another great &#8220;overnight&#8221; breakfast dish.\u00a0 Instead of blueberries, try strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
