{"id":4315,"date":"2017-10-26T12:04:19","date_gmt":"2017-10-26T18:04:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/?p=4315"},"modified":"2025-09-23T13:02:56","modified_gmt":"2025-09-23T19:02:56","slug":"potato-bar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/potato-bar.html","title":{"rendered":"Potato Bar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>We do this with the salad bar -a lot of ingredients work on both salad and potatoes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 small potatoes (can be baked at home and kept in an ice chest)<\/li>\n<li>*Chili Love \u00a0(6 times the recipe on the blog or see below for large quantity.)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd# onions, chopped<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0c sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0c chives<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2\u00a0lbs grated cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lay it all out after the salad bar.\u00a0 People can double back to the salad bar if they want some of the other stuff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chili\u00a0\u00a0Love<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90 oz chili with meat (beans or no beans &#8211; your choice. \u00a0No meat would make it vegetarian.)<\/li>\n<li>48 oz cream cheese &#8211; softened, cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li>4 c chopped onions (you can buy these already chopped you know)<\/li>\n<li>90 oz diced tomatoes (canned)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix and heat.<\/li>\n<li>Stir a lot!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Or, if you have electricity, use a crock pot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:\u00a0<\/strong>50<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Many camp-outs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We do this with the salad bar -a lot of ingredients work on both salad and potatoes.
