don&#8217;t reconstitute<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>10#\u00a0pork roast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oven to 350\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Pat pork dry with paper towel.<\/li>\n<li>In small bowl, combine\u00a0soy sauce and orange juice concentrate.<\/li>\n<li>Apply to all surfaces of the pork roast.<\/li>\n<li>Place roast in a shallow pan and roast in a 350\u00b0. oven for 1 hour (20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reads 145\u00b0.\u00a0 Do not overcook.\u00a0 Pork today is very lean &#8211;
