{"id":4370,"date":"2017-08-19T16:02:37","date_gmt":"2017-08-19T22:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/?p=4370"},"modified":"2018-02-05T08:00:20","modified_gmt":"2018-02-05T15:00:20","slug":"foccica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/foccica.html","title":{"rendered":"Focicca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>This is a real no-brainer! \u00a0Never the same twice. \u00a0 If you can get the restaurant sheets of dough &#8211; great. \u00a0If not roll the frozen bread loaf dough about 1\/2 inch thick.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bread Dough<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese &#8211; grated<\/li>\n<li>Other stuff &#8211; let your imagination run wild!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 275\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Coat 13&#215;10-inch baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil.<\/li>\n<li>Using fingertips, press out dough to 13&#215;10-inch rectangle. (Or whatever size to be 1\/2 inch thick. \u00a0Doesn&#8217;t even have to be square, really)<\/li>\n<li>Let dough rest 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle 2 tablespoons oil over dough.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle &#8220;stuff&#8221; evenly over the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Let dough rise uncovered in warm area until puffy, about 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Press fingertips all over dough, forming indentations.<\/li>\n<li>Bake bread until brown and crusty, about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve bread warm or at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Serves: \u00a0<\/strong>Depends on the bread size.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: \u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0We just did it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong> \u00a0&#8220;Stuff&#8221; &#8211; olives, chopped rosemary, basil, garlic, oregano, diced tomatoes (drained on a paper towel) or sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt, red pepper flakes, \u00a0just about anything!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a real no-brainer! \u00a0Never the same twice. \u00a0 If you can get the restaurant sheets of dough &#8211; great. \u00a0If not roll the frozen bread loaf dough about 1\/2 inch thick.
