A recipe is just a suggestion!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Tab olive or vegetable oil or butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c diced onion<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 c loosely packed, fresh, sliced button mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1 can of artichoke hearts (approx 16 oz) packed in water, drained<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 c shredded Romano cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>juice from a lemon half<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 \u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Saute onion and garlic over medium heat in oil until transparent, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add mushrooms and cook until brown and soft.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Roughly chop artichoke hearts.<\/li>\n<li>Combine artichoke hearts in baking dish with cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>Add mushroom mixture and combine well.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and pepper, if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and slightly brown on top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a04-8<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: \u00a0<\/strong>Epicurus, submitted by Stinkety<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lot of this recipe depends on personal taste.
