knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Punch dough down. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Turn onto a lightly floured surface. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Roll into an 18 x 12-in. rectangle. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Spread butter to within 1\/2 in. of edges. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Combine sugar and cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Sprinkle over butter. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Pinch seam to seal. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Cut into 12 slices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Combine brown sugar and cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Pour into a greased 13 x 9-in. baking pan. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Sprinkle with pecans. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Place rolls cut side down over pecans. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\">Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes or until well browned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"rd_direction_desc rd_name\"> Cool for 1 minute before inverting onto a serving platter.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Serves:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>12\u00a0buns<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Donna Wolfgang<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Donna got up at six in the\u00a0 morning to make these for us.\u00a0 Tooo Yummy!
