And so simple.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">24 fingerling potatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">24 slices bacon &#8211; thin sliced works best (1 lb regular sliced bacon has about 17 slices)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> toothpicks<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Directions:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Wash and dry the potatoes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the potatoes just begin to yield slightly when pressed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a few minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Preheat the oven to 400<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00b0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Cut bacon slices in half crosswise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Wrap each potato with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Place wrapped potatoes with the bacon seam side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Remove from oven and cool.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"><b>Dipping Sauce<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> 1 c sour cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">3 Tab half-and-half or cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">3 Tab finely chopped chives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">1 Tab prepared horseradish<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Dash of salt and pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Directions:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large\">Serve with roasted potatoes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Serves: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">Makes 48<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>Source:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"> Never Enough Thyme when Lana is Cooking<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Watch these disappear!
