tortilla, meat, cheese, sour cream, tomato etc, salsa, lettuce.\u00a0 End with the napkin\u00a0and silverware.\u00a0 You can serve as many or as few toppings (or add your own favorites) as the occasion calls for.\u00a0 Disclosure:\u00a0 this is not authentic Mexican food &#8211; but it is good.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Elements of the Taco Bar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Meat<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ground beef\/taco seasoning<\/li>\n<li>cooked chicken, shredded, with salsa verde (green chili sauce)<\/li>\n<li>shredded pork (carnitas)<\/li>\n<li>cod or other flaky white fish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Toppings<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>thinly sliced iceberg lettuce<\/li>\n<li>diced tomato<\/li>\n<li>diced onion, white and\/or red and\/or green<\/li>\n<li>cilantro<\/li>\n<li>guacamole<\/li>\n<li>diced avocado<\/li>\n<li>diced chilis<\/li>\n<li>sliced olives<\/li>\n<li>salsa<\/li>\n<li>sour cream<\/li>\n<li>cheese, cheese and more cheese &#8211; jack, cheddar, Mexican Mix etc.<\/li>\n<li>jalapenos ( \u201ctamed\u201d pickled jalapenos or slice up the fresh ones.)<\/li>\n<li>hot sauce &#8211; have a variety<\/li>\n<li>cabbage &#8211; if you have fish<\/li>\n<li>lime wedge &#8211;
