I made them for a potluck at work and have been asked for them ever since. (If you can keep people out of them, you&#8217;re doing better than I ever could.) The time that I spend prepping this depends on how fast you shell your eggs. I have two girls so we knock this out in about 30 minutes (minus cooking time).&#8221;<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><br \/>\n<\/em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-print__container2\">\n<ul>\n<li>12 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c sour cream<\/li>\n<li>2 Tab mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 Tab ranch dressing, or to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pinch onion powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp lemon pepper seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 Tab bacon bits, or to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 c finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp paprika, or as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-print__directions\">\n<li class=\"item\">Place eggs into a large pot and cover with lightly salted water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium; boil eggs for 10 to 12 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Drain the boiling water and fill pot with cold water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">After 2 to 3 minutes, pour off water and replace with more cold water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Repeat until eggs are fully chilled, 10 to 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Peel eggs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat and cook and stir onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Remove from heat and let cool.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Slice eggs in half lengthwise.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Scoop yolks into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Transfer egg white halves to a plate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Mash egg yolks with a fork.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper seasoning until yolk mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Stir in bacon bits and Cheddar cheese.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Generously fill egg halves with filling.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Sprinkle each deviled egg with paprika.<\/li>\n<li class=\"item\">Refrigerate until chilled before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"recipe-print__copyright\"><strong>Source:\u00a0<\/strong> Allrecipes.com,\u00a0<span class=\"recipe-print__by\">Recipe By:<\/span>mommyof3<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;My children and husband go nuts over these.
