Sticky sweet liquid gold.\u00a0 The dark rich tangy sweetness a little drizzle of balsamic glaze provides is undeniably addictive. It makes everything it touches a little more elegant, and gives dimension to single note dishes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16 oz, fluid good balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c sugar<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour balsamic vinegar into a heavy pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add regular granulated sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Add a couple pinches of salt.<\/li>\n<li>Stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Place over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Once the balsamic vinegar comes to a boil, stir again, and casually watch it.
