do something else, make the filling, do something else.\u00a0 Then make the cheesecake part and put it all together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Crust Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1-1\/2 c crushed lemon cream-filled sandwich cookies (Girl Scout cookies &#8211; hint, hint)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2 Tab sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1\/4 c butter, melted<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Lemon filling Ingredients:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2\/3 c plus 2 Tab sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">5 Tab cornstarch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1 c water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2 egg yolks, lightly beaten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1\/3 c lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2 Tabs butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1 tsp grated lemon peel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cheesecake layer Ingredients: :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1 envelope unflavored gelatin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1\/2 c lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">3\/4 c sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1 c heavy whipping cream, whipped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2 tsp grated lemon peel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Crust Directions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Preheat oven 350\u00b0.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Combine the cookie crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Press onto the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">bottom of a lightly greased 9-in. springform pan. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Place on a baking\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">sheet. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes or until crust just begins\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">to brown. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cool pan on a wire rack.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Lemon filling Directions: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Stir in water\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">until smooth. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">and bubbly. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Remove from\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">the heat. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Stir a small amount of hot filling into egg yolks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Return\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">all to pan, stirring constantly. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Bring to a gentle boil; cook and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">stir 2 minutes longer. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Remove from the heat. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Gently stir in the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">lemon juice, butter and peel. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cool to room temperature without\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">stirring.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cheesecake Directions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over lemon juice;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Let stand for\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1 minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Remove from the heat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Gradually beat in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">gelatin mixture until combined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Fold in the whipped cream and lemon\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">peel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Assembly Directions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Spoon three-fourths of cheesecake mixture into crust;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Build up edges\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">slightly. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Chill for 5 minutes. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Spoon lemon filling over cheesecake\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">layer to within 1\/2 in of edges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Top with remaining cheesecake\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">mixture. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #c5000b;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cover and refrigerate overnight.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Carefully run a knife around edge of pan;
